The request will be processes within 5 business days. In addition, account deletion will be possible directly inside the app very soon.
Any personal information such as the email address associated with your account will be permanently removed. All your journal entries and meditations will also be deleted. Data related to your app usage, such as activity logs and preferences, will be deleted.
PetYogi may retain certain data for a limited period even after you request account deletion. This retention is for legitimate business purposes, such as legal requirements or resolving disputes. However, this data will not be used for any other purpose and will be securely stored. Please note that the time frame for data retention may vary depending on applicable laws and regulations.
